- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, intends to issue a solicitation for video-telecommunication (VTC) system maintenance services not later than (NLT) on or about 6 August 2013. The Contractor will be responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of two (2) VTC systems located in two separate rooms. The purpose of this contract will be to provide a critical service in a timely and cost effective manner to meet this requirement. The contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract with three (3) option periods beginning NLT 15 August 2013. NAICS code is 811212: Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $25.5M. The contract will be set-aside. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 6 August 2013 under solicitation number W91247-13-T-0421. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offers received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-2(a)(2). Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offers meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. Offers are due on or about 13 August 2013 and award is anticipated before 15 August 2013.
