Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Veterans Affairs Salt Lake City Health Care System (VA SLC HCS) is seeking the services to perform Bus Shuttle Services to provide transportation to veterans for a 5 year period. This is an inter-urban bus shuttle service (one bus) spanning an approximate 1.8 mile radius to transport veterans to and from the VA Hospital and The University of Utah Hospital. Solicitation VA259-13-R-0830 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. A Request For Proposal is anticipated within 30 days. THE GOVERNMENT'S OBLIGATION FOR AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF APPROPIATED FUNDS. AGAIN THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NAICS Code 485999 All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation is applicable to this acquisition and the business size standard is considered $14.0 million. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management prior to award of a contract.
