- RFQ-FIN-13-0006 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-FIN-13-0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25.5 m. This is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) is contracting to acquire MapMarker annual maintenance. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUL 2013), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached.
