Q1: In regards to Pump 18, the cryo pump, does NIST want an ISO-200 inlet flange? A1: They are CTI 8 cryo pumps. A conflat flange is required. See the attached revised Table 1. Q2: In regards to Pump 18, the cryo pump, what type of temperature monitoring is required? A2: Silicon diode sensor Q3: In regards to Pump 18, the cryo pump, does NIST want an onboard pump? A3: No
