- The Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal from the dams of all driftwood which is greater than 6 inches in diameter (measure exceeding anywhere along the length of the log). For the purposes of this contract quote mark driftwood quote mark is defined as any tree, log, branch, limb, stump and or root ball that has been deposited on the rock face of either dam. NAICS Code: 562119 Small Business Size Standard: $33.5 million Total Small Business Set Aside All prospective contractors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov on or about August 6, 2013. Any contractor wanting the solicitation documents must download them from the www.fbo.gov website.
