- Description
- 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to identify interested small or large businesses capable of satisfying the scope of services detailed below: 2. Scope of Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other incidentals necessary to provide technical and administrative training, courseware development and training schedule management services for OC-ALC/OBT in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Tinker AFB or at the contractor's facility when rooms are not available at the government location. The contractor shall provide classroom training, and training that may also include practical applications in a shop environment, as well as troubleshooting techniques as needed on dates mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the government. Additionally, the contractor shall provide training, courseware development and training schedule management services for a myriad of production planning, scheduling (planning & scheduling encompasses work methods and labor standards), inventory tracking, time & attendance, bills of material, USAF standard base supply, and other personnel/material accounting systems. Typical courses for instruction and courseware support are listed paragraph 4 below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for the effort are as follows: 611430: Professional and Management Development Training 611519: Other Technical and Trade Schools 3. Interested parties should provide a corporate capabilities package to include professional qualifications; specialized experience and technical competence; past performance with government agencies and private industry; location in the general geographical area of the contract; average annual volume of federal work. 4.
