Description

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This is a presolicitation notice. The scope of work is to include, but is not limited to: Complete demolition of existing bituminous built up roof (640 Sq. ft.), both exterior wood framed walls, one interior wood wall, (500 sq. ft. ) of floor deck, floor joist (if damaged beyond use) and wall plate on top of the foundation walls of the file room in building 435 and building 436. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238990 and the annual size standard is $14M. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at www.fbo.gov when it becomes available on or around 21 August 2013.
