- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Roofing Work at Harsha Lake, Batavia, OH. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160. The size standard is $14 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The quote due date is 27 August 2013 at 02:00 PM EST.
