- 13T0252 SOLICITATION This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. CNIN-SAP-023 Sole Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Julyn Technologies Tech, 1003 TERESA DR, LAKE PARK, GA, 31636-4915. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. NSWC Crane has a requirement to purchase a total of 50 each, 7-Pin Diode Blocks P/N: 80985703 and 200 each of 4-Pin Diode Blocks P/N: 80987701, from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Julyn Technologies Tech. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-0252; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
