- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE MCC NEW YORK 1ST QTR DAIRY FY14 U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution P.O. Box 38 Fort Dix, New Jersey 08640 Aug 6, 2013 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, MCC New York is issuing this pre-solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (DAIRY ITEMS). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 424430, FOR DAIRY ITEMS. Delivery dates will begin on Oct 1, 2013 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, MCC NY, 150 PARK ROW, NEW YORK, NY, 10007.The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about Aug 6, 2013, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fho.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is Aug 21, 2013; however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation for the actual date quotations are due.
