- PR 0050211307. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-13-R1462, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN: 5975-01-608-7799, mounting Base, Elect. NSN is a noncommercial, part numbered item and the approved source is Cubic Defense Application, Inc. /CAGE 94987, P/N 282780-1. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 94 each. A 100% Quantity Option is applicable. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 180 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on August 5, 2013. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on August 6, 2013. The solicitation issue date is August 22, 2013. The closing date is September 27,2013. The estimated award date is October 31 2013, 2013.
