Description
This amendment changes the silicitation open date to August 8, 2013 with a close date of 9/10/2013. Additionally, this notice is to inform the potential offerors there will be a SURGE (MWR) requirement for this solicitation. No other changes. This amendment changes the silicitation open date to August 6, 2013 as noted below. No other changes. The below is a replacement of solicitation SPE4A613R1065, a multi NSN requirement that has been changed to this single line requirement. All other information is unchanged. This is a single line requirement as follows: IQC SC100010266, Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract NSN: 5855-01-557-6277, with an Estimated Annual Demand of 645, this item is in accordance with approved sources CONTACTSERVE SAZ44 P/N CS9124 or BAE SYSTEMS LAND SYSTEMS SOUTH SZ177 P/N R0068577. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 180 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Item. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) <https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adabe.com <http://www.adabe.com. Surplus and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. I addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Solicitation (SPE4A613R1378) issue date will be on or about August 6, 2013.
