- Instructions to Offerors Request for Information Form Past Performance Questionnaire Wage determination Evaluation factors for award Specifications Drawings Standard Form 1442, N40083-13-R-0032 The contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation required to renovate a standard Earth-covered Concrete Arch Magazine, AW 33-13-01, located at the Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND. The project will construct a new reinforced headwall and foundation, and a single steel sliding door. NAVFAC EXWC will provide and install the locking assembly in coordination with the construction efforts. The new headwall and door of the Concrete Arch Magazine are designed for explosive safety based on design criteria furnished by the Government.
