- SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Notice (PSN), Project 4059-13-JMTC, Del Din Indoor Range Maintenance 1. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel necessary to ensure firing range maintenance and lead abatement services are performed at Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy indoor firing range, in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition to perform firing range operations. Tasks will include but, not limited to standard maintenance, preventive maintenance, system testing, cleaning, and reporting of: Climate control systems and ventilation system Electrical lighting systems to include emergency lighting systems Target Cart and electronic target systems Range flooring, facing and firing stalls Armoring of ceiling, floor, and walls Absorption bullet barriers Lead Abatement Program 2. FUNDING: This project is funded at this time. 3. PERFORMANCE SITE: Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy 4. SELECTION CRITERIA: Will be established in the solicitation. 5. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 Months 7. SITE VISIT: The site visit will take place 26 August 2013, 9:30am. Interested vendors will submit their request no later than 19 Augusut 2013 to the following e-mail: casey.e.gordon.mil@mail.mil and sebastiana.cappello.ln.asc@mail.mil, indicating in the email Subject: PSN, Project 4059-13-JMTC. The following information is required: name of the firm, address, phone and e-mail address. The request will include the information of the representative who will attend the site visit: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Citizenship, Type of Identification (Driver's License, Carte d'identit, or Passport), and the Serial Number of the Identification. This information will be submitted to the Provost Marshal to grant offerors access to the site. Additional information addressing the site visit will be detailed within the solicitation. 8. REQUIREMENTS: In order to conduct business with the United States Government, all companies shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). When a company submits a proposal, it is mandatory that a valid copy of their company's System for Award Management (SAM) profile is attached. i. Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Italian companies register with DUNS, http://dbitaly.dnb.com/Chklang.htm. Upon issuance of a quote mark DUNS quote mark number, then request: ii.
