- The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Region, Santa Rose Day School located in Pima County, AZ on the Tohono O'odham Nation Reservation intends to solicit, in accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47 and BIA 1480.503 & 504), the supply and new installation of exterior area lighting luminaire for retrofit to existing poles to provide safe illumination levels. This is a Sources Sought Notice Only and the solicitation is not currently available. Solicitation will be issued on interest from eligible Buy Indian Act Contractors, as a 100% set-aside for Indian economic enterprises
