- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark to IMMIX Technology, 8444 Westpark Dr, Ste 200, McLean, VA 22102-5112, to provide maintenance renewal of licensed Documentum Software as follows: DCTM-FOUNDATION-ENH: Enhanced maintenance for Documentum Foundation CPU license for FY14. DCTM-FOUND-SEAT-LIC: Standard maintenance for Documentum Administrator seat license for FY14. ADMNSTRTR-ENH: Enhanced maintenance for Documentum Administrator seat license for FY14. DEVELOPSTUDIO-ENH: Enhanced Maintenance for Documntum Developer Studio seat license for FY14. Software must be renewed by our current provider as the licensing that was previously negotiated is not available from any vendor and is not available to new customers (we have grandfathered in). An award to any other source would affect the U S Army Corps of Engineers ability to provide the technical information required, and would not provide any cost savings to the Government. This is a Notice of Intent not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
