- Attachment 1 - Brand Name Letter Attachment 2 - Tax Fraud Felony Cert Deviation This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. Purchase Request / Solicitation number: F1S0AX3192B002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 (effective 1 Apr 2013) and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20130522 (effective 22 Apr 2013), AFAC 2013-0327 (effective 27 Mar 2013). The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest priced, technically acceptable. NAICS is 334515 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. FSC code is 5840. AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking to purchase items for the Electronic Warfare (EW) Advanced Radar Environment Simulator (ARES) program, manufactured from Agilent Technologies. This is the request for quotation (RFQ). This is a Brand Name acquisition. Brand name letter (redacted version) is attached to this posting. Award will be made to lowest price, technically acceptable offer. This is an "All or None" acquisition, incomplete quotes will not be considered. Quotes shall state delivery time as estimated from after receipt of order (ARO). REQUIREMENT: Government requirements: The requested items are required as part of support of the EW ARES program at Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Questions will not be accepted later than the close of this combined synopsis response date. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Technically acceptable offers will meet all requirements in the attached Specifications document. Interested parties who believe they can meet all of the requirements for the items described in this combined synopsis/solicitation are invited to submit a complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation.
