- The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) has a requirement for ?Building 40 Daycare Repairs? on the Morgantown, WV NETL Campus. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 and the size standard of $33.5M. This competitive acquisition is being restricted to Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and HUBZone Businesses. A firm-fixed price award is contemplated. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
