- The Region 4 US Environmental Protection Agency, Science, and Ecosystem Support Division (SESD), located at 980 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605 has a requirement for Bulk Nitrogen Gas. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ-GA-13-00009. Award will be made using simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 325120. This request is for Bulk Nitrogen Gas and three additional items. The offer should include a price for each item, a total price for the base year and three optional years. With a Grand total for all four years. Submit your quote for the requirement for Bulk Nitrogen Gas Service as follows: Base year-Supply bulk nitrogen; monitor telemetry; delivery/haz mat fees; monthly service charge for bulk nitrogen tank. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provision. The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply to this solicitation and shall apply to the subsequent award. Provision EPA-K-04-101 Representation by Corporations Regarding a Felony Conviction under Federal Law or Unpaid Federal Tax Liability (Apr 2012) must also be completed and submitted with your offer.
