- RFQ N65540-13-T-5178 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure a programmable networkable thermostats and components. The thermostats and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Rocky Research of Huntsville, AL. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
