- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to Shanty Creek Resorts for a Family Conference Event on 08-10 August, 2013. Shanty Creek Resort has agreed to honor per diem rates for hotel rooms and meals. The audio visual and conference room charges are comparable to those of large hotels in Northern Michigan. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if required. Responses to this intent should be only from hotels able to accommodate 400 + individuals as well as be in Northern portion of Michigan.
