- This project will perform maintenance for fuel farm and fuel related systems and components for the U.S. Naval Air Facility, Atsugi and U.S. Forces Japan Controlled Areas in Kanto Plain, Japan. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services. The original solicitation/synopsis was posted through the Asia Navy Electronic Business Opportunities website known as Asia NECO, however, the website at www.asia.navy.neco.mil is currently down. The purpose of this amenment is to ensure all solicitation/synopsis documents previously posted to Asia NECO are available in FEDBIZOPPS. Please see attachments. Proposals are due 26 August 2013 at 10:30 AM (JST) Amendment 0001 corrected the site visit information.
