- Terms and Conditions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis and soli c itation for commer c ial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with add i tional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is DTMA94Q20130026 CUMMINS Engine Rebuild and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular ( F AC) 2005-67 dated July 22, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 336611 Ship Repair. Product and Service Code J999xxxx. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for small businesses in a ccordance with FAR 19.502-2(c). The size standard is 1000 employees. Providing pricing and number of calendar days to accomplish repairs in your own format. 2. Statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the synopsis/solicitation. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212.2 (Jan 1999), Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order to the respon s ible, technically ac c eptable vendor, whose quote, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest evaluated price. FACTORS: technical, past performance and price All awardees must be central co n t ractor regist e r ed in the SYSTEM for AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and the Online Representation and Certi f ication Application (ORCA) must be activated.
