Option 2 SPecs - Bathroom Reno Option 1 Specs - Floor Replacement Option 1 Drawings Floor Replacement Base Access Form for Site Visit DRAWINGS FOR EQUIP SHOWER SPECS FOR EQUIP SHOWER RFP/General Requirements for MACC HOLDERS ONLY Description of the work: Base Bid: Equipment Shower The work includes the removal of existing caged equipment shower and partial raised floor including all fixtures, finishes, and equipment; the provision of caged equipment shower, and floor slab including all fixtures, finishes, and equipment. The work consists of, but is not limited to, miscellaneous concrete work, metal stud partitions, epoxy resin floor finishes, shower accessories, and equipment, gypsum board ceilings, and all mechanical and electrical work in support of the new configuration. Option 1: Floor Replacement The work includes the removal of existing wood framed and rubber floor system; the provision of concrete floor infill at the first floor scope of work area, including all plumbing work in support of the new floor slab installation. Option 2: Bathroom Renovation The work includes the removal of existing second floor kitchenette, gang shower and toilet room, including all fixtures, cabinetry, finishes, and equipment; the provision of second floor kitchenette, men's and women's bathrooms, including all fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, and equipment. The work consists of, but is not limited to, metal stud partitions, hollow metal door frames, wood doors, ceramic tile wall finishes, epoxy resin floor finishes, cabinetry, countertops, toilet accessories, shower accessories, compartments, and equipment, gypsum board ceilings, and all mechanical and electrical work in support of the new configuration.
