The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a Commercial Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Trash Pick-Up Services at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center located at 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway Leavenworth, KS 66048. The NAICS Code listed for this procurement is 56211 Solid Waste Collection; the small business size standard is $12.5 million. This solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside with evaluation factors for Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).
