Description

Statement of Work (SOW) The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a firm fixed purchase order to Dunbar, Amy 15 Cassidy Hill Road, Coventry, CT 06238-1386. See Attached Statement of Work for type of services needed to submit a quote. Period of Performance: August 30, 2013 - August 29, 2014 All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit a proposal with pricing via e-mail no later than August 21 2013, 6:30 AM, eastern. Quote should include Federal Tax ID Number, and DUNS Number if available. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD System for Adward Management (SAM) database prior to receipt of award. Award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures and will be based on lowest price to the government. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be acceptedby email. All quotes must be submitted via email to vivian.d.daniels@irs.gov. If no responses are received, the award will be made to Dunbar, Amy.
