Description

VE Study RFQ The solicitation number is HSTS04-13-Q-CT7026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for Value Engineering Study (VE). Offerors are requested to review the attached VE Study RFQ and submit their quote in 3 pages or less. The deadline for questions for this RFQ is 08/14/2013 at 12:00 PM. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541690. Small Business size standard is $14 million. List of contract line item number(s): See attached VE Study RFQ. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: See attached VE Study RFQ. Date of Delivery: See attached VE Study RFQ. Place of delivery and performance: See attached VE Study RFQ. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, however no alternative terms and conditions or commercial items outside those specified in the attached VE Study RFQ will be considered. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, does not apply. The evaluation process used is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
