Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attached Government Synopsis/Solicitation which contains detailed event information. Please provide to me the solicitation via email with each CLIN filled out and a total price. Please be sure to fill in the unit price and dollar amount per each CLIN in such a way as to avoid any rounding dollar/cents errors per CLIN. Please remember to put the total price on the final line and provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN). I will also need the DUNS and/or CAGE code so that I can check the SAM system website for your hotel's active registration verification. All responses to this solicitation should be emailed to christian.j.yocam.civ@mail.mil. No phone number has been issued to me so email is the only method of communication. The due date is midnight of 13-AUG-13 (The AM hour of Tuesday, 13-AUG-13). All responses should be sent 12-AUG-13 prior to the deadline to ensure consideration of this opportunity.
