- This Notice is amended to read: NSN 1680-01-542-3980, PR NO: 1000007188, Latch Aircraft, Approved Source(s): Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE 97499, Part Number 90-015-064-156, Hartwell Corp, CAGE 83014, Part Number 90-015-064-156 and HO-HO-KUS, Inc., CAGE 69370, Part Number 90-015-064-156. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The solicitation is Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Terms are FOB at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. This NSN is a critical application item. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 189 days. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1116 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 186 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The award will be a FFP type contract. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
