- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. This is a Re-Opening (Amendment 0002) of solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming. The re- issued (Amendment 0002) Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2510-01-091-5167. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as " 100% Small Business Set-Aside", "NACIS Code" 332240 business size 500 and will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures. Items will be shipped to various stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the same issue date on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ then click the cFloders under the Technical Data tab. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC The response date referenced above is estimated. Amendment 0002 Issue date is on or about 08/23/13, with the Response date on or around 09/23/13. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. if you are unable to get a hard copy of this solicitation after 8/23/2013 contact the Buyer elizabeth.hanlon@dla.mil. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. Note: The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the course of the on-line auction, offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors and anyone else having access to the on-line auction. This public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g., "Offeror A").v
