- LSJ RFQ for AV Equipment This is a limited source award notice, published in accordance with GSA Acquisition Letter V-09-02, dated May 8, 2009, and FAR 13.106-1. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a firm fixed price delivery order for the item identified as Audio Visual Equipment. Please see the RFQ for complete details. Offerors must meet the conditions in the RFQ and items must meet the specifications listed in the RFQ. Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, fill it out completely and email it to martin.cieszlak@gsa.gov as an attachment by the stated closing date and time. Be sure to submit all supplemental documentation required of the RFQ.
