- Expressions of Interest Sought The U. S. Government currently occupies 14,343 rentable square feet of office and related use space located at 1145 Perimeter Park Drive, Cookeville, TN under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to use other than full and open competition to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location at the same square footage of office space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if considerations of economic and other factors are supported including relocation and uplifting costs. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. If anyone has a location they would like to have considered, please contact Shayla Fears in writing by 4:30 PM EST, August 20, 2013. The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years. The space must be available for occupancy by 8/4/2014. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •· Date of space availability •· Building ownership information •· Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, if any. •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building •· List of building services provided •· Written authorization to represent the building owner if applicable
