- Description
- This Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement is for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract which provides engineering services and technical support for the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver. Tasks for this effort shall include, but are not limited to the following: analysis, updates and testing of the AN/ALR-56C Operational Flight Programs (OFP) and Mission Data Files (MDF); updates, analysis, testing and delivery of software and documentation for operation and support of ALR-56C RWR OFP and MDF; On call telephone support and other engineering services required to support MDF development and technical issues regarding the ALR-56C interface with various components of the Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS). This requirement is sole source to: BAE Systems, 100 Campus Road, Totowa, NJ 07512; (CAGE: 81413). Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract will include a basic one year period of performance with two (2) one (1) year options. The total contract length will be three years, if all options are exercised. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 23 Aug 2013 with response due 45 days after solicitation issue date. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
