- This Amendment, 003, is issued to provide "questions and answers" for Solicitation Number, AG-43ZP-S-13-0011, as of Friday, August 9, 2013. The "questions and answers" are delineated as follow: QUESTION(S) AND ANSWER(S) TO SOLICITATION #: AG-43ZP-S-13-0011 The following questions were submitted in regards to the subject solicitation: QUESTION (STATEMENT ): "We would like to survey the aircraft in Boise. Tuesday morning 13 Aug. is preferable if possible. We are sending two engineers and our technical review will take 3-4 hours. If this time is not available, please provide alternate time frames as close to Tuesday AM as possible. This should give us enough time before to make travel arrangements, and after to incorporate the results into our proposal." ANSWER : I discussed your request, below, with our technical team members, and they indicated our aircraft would be available, on Tuesday morning, August 13, 2013, for the survey. Of course, we will have a Government representative, on site, to assist your engineers with the survey. FOLLOW-ON ANSWER : Now, I have some specific information relative to my trailer, e-mail message in regards to the upcoming aircraft survey in Boise, ID. Our aircraft will be available for survey, from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Local Time), on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. QUESTION : "Will the aircraft need to be recertified after the modifications are complete?" ANSWER : In response to your question, below, our aircraft does not require recertification upon completion of the modification. However, an FAA Form 337, "MAJOR REPAIR AND ALTERATION (Airframe, Powerplant, Propeller, or Appliance"), will be required for the aircraft, as stated in the solicitation, for the installation.
