- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, NATIONAL INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER - EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACEMENT. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-priced contract for the demolition of doors and windows and subsequent installation of storefront doors/windows in Bldg 110, Training Building.The project site is located in Boise, Idaho. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition will be advertised as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
