Description

Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is to notify contractors that the government intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13 for the following, under simplified acquisition procedures. The Request for Quote number is FDA-SOL-1116832. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 are incorporated into this request. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov/far. This procurement is reserved as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 511210, Software Publishers. The purpose of this procurement is for the acquisition of Terracotta Quartz Scheduler OR EQUAL. The Period of Performance for this action is estimated as one, twelve month base period and four, twelve month optional periods. This software will be hosted on FDA's server. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration requests quotes from small businesses qualified and capable of providing Terracotta Quartz Scheduler OR EQUAL per the below specifications. Period of Performance: One, twelve month base period and four, twelve month option periods.
