GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest: State: Texas City: Bryan/College Station Delineated Area: North - Start at the intersection of South FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy and Hwy 21 and head east on Hwy 21 to the corner of Hwy 21 and Hwy 6. East - Start at the intersection of Hwy 21 and Hwy 6 and head south on Hwy 6 to the intersection of Hwy 6 and Boonville Rd; Continue heading south on Boonville Rd to the intersection of Boonville Rd and Harvey Rd; Continue heading west on Harvey Rd to the intersection of Harvey Rd and Hwy 6; Continue heading south on Hwy 6 to the intersection of Hwy 6 and William D Fitch Pkwy South - The intersection of Hwy 6 and William D Fitch Pkwy West - Start at the intersection of Hwy 6 and William D Fitch Pkwy and head north on William D Fitch Pkwy to the intersection of William D Fitch Pkwy and Wellborn Rd; Continue heading north on Wellborn Rd to the intersection of Wellborn Rd and South FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy; Continue heading north on South FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy to the intersection of South FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy Minimum Sq. Separate non-contiguous conference room acceptable Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirements or pursue a sole source justification to remain in its current location. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
