- Corrected Site Visit Registration Form Intent: This request for information will include an industry day event at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK to provide an opportunity to view facilities where the Base Supply and Munitions Services are performed from interested vendors. Industry Day Event Details : The 72nd LRS will provide an opportunity to view the Base Supply and Munitions working environment at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on the 22nd of August 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM cst. Industry participants who plan on touring facilities should complete the Corrected Site Visit Registration Form attached and email it to Diana Kennedy at diana.kennedy@us.af.mil by 1:00 PM on the 15th of August 2013. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a request for proposal. This is a request for information only and all information received will be for market research and planning purposes only. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Contracting Officer does not intend to award a contract on the basis of your response nor otherwise pay for costs related to travel and/or the preparation of any information presented or the use of any such information.
