- The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Sterilizer Maintenance Services. NAICS Code 811219, size standard $19.0 Million applies. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, travel, replacement parts, and equipment necessary to perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and emergency call-back repairs for 4 sterilizers and 1 ultrasonic cleaner located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. Contract shall be awarded for the time period October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 with four (4) one year option years. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB). Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 22, 2013.
