- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE TO QIAGEN using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tennant Contracting Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 PyroMARK Q96 ID. SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR BASE YEAR +2 OPTION YEARS. :SN 9001672001116 Repair service delivery: onsite Service response time (repair) :48 hour/ 2 business day. Periodic inspection/ maintenance : yes 1 /agreement year: onsite Cost coverage for repair parts: yes, included. Cost coverage for labor: yes, included. Cost coverage for travel: yes, included. Replacement system (loaner) Provision: not included The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to High Pressure Instrumentation (HPI). This firm is the sole developer/manufacturer /distributor of the product. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Business Size Standard is 19,000,000.00. All responses received within ten (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Friday, August 16, 2013. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
