****Request for information only**** FBO ID# VA243-13-I-1649 VISN3 PACS Diagnostic Monitors for Workstations This request for information (RFI) is posted for market research purposes ONLY. It is not a solicitation. 1.The VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) is seeking SEWP sources that can provide PACS diagnostic monitors for workstations. a.Replace existing diagnostic medical displays with PACS diagnostic medical displays for Radiology PACS workstations that have integrated front light sensors (for automatic monitoring to meet current QA guidelines) b.Vendor must be capable of supplying a choice of either a single head or dual head system for each workstation c.Each monitor must be capable of performing automated DICOM conformance checks, calibration and QA checks in compliance with all applicable New York State and ACR guidelines d.This monitor purchase will include installation of a central server based remote diagnostic system to track QA parameters of the diagnostic monitors in compliance with all applicable ACR, and NY State guidelines. 2.Contractors must be able to provide: a.Functioning diagnostic medical display system at each intended diagnostic workstation which meets or exceeds minimum specifications outlined above and all NY State and ACR QA guidelines. b.Functioning QA system at each diagnostic medical display, capable of automatic QA tests as required by NY State and ACR guidelines with archiving both to the local workstation and central server 3.The approximate # monitors VISN3 plans on purchasing: 77.
