CT Classification Code: 335999 FSC: 6150 Set Aside:Unrestricted Contracting Office Address Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 6923 28th and Dessert Storm, Fort Campbell, KY 42223-5355 Description: Synopsis/solicitation for Uninterruptible Power Supply, Fort Campbell, KY, is amended as follows: 1. Response to questions as follows: a.QUESTION 1: Does the government have standard dock facilities and equipment to off load heavy pallets from a large truck or will inside delivery be required? RESPONSE 1: No if need we can get a forklift to off load the equipment. b.QUESTION 2: If inside delivery is required, please provide detailed information regarding any obstacles that will need to be negotiated, such as stairs or narrow doorways less than 36 quote mark wide. If inside delivery is required, please provide the approximate distance from were the requested equipment will be off loaded and the final delivery location. Please elaborate about any possible difficulties in moving the equipment inside the building. RESPONSE 2: 100 yard to inside the building to the comms room from the offload site. Equipment should be able to be moved by hand jack. c.QUESTION 3: The solicitation states that installation is required. If installation by a licensed electrician is required, a site visit is needed to determine length of run for wire, conduit and other logistic parameters. Can you provide me with a site contact name and phone number to schedule this visit? RESPONSE 3: Site visit has been schedule on 13 Aug 13 at 10:00 AM CST. See additional information on amendment 0001 d.QUESTION 4: If site visit is not possible, can you provide me with an approximate distance between the government's input electrical panel that will feed the new UPS and the location were this UPS will be installed. Also, I need an approximate distance between the output distribution panel and the location were the new UPD will be installed RESPONSE 4: N/A, see site visit information on amendment 0001 e.QUESTION 5: Can you provide me with the make and model number of the existing UPS that will be de-installed?
