- Solicitation with changes SOLICITATION AG-6395-S-13-0142 – CHANGES August 13, 2013 Amendment 01 The purpose of this amendment is to 1. Correct the wording on the Requirements and Quantities as per vi., below. 2. Change CLIN 02, as stated below 3. This requirement does not have an incumbent; this is a new requirement. vi. REQUIREMENTS AND QUANTITIES : This requirement consists of one line item: CLIN 01 - Provide TWO (2) temporary services Personnel Assistant III, for up to 120 work days, starting approximately August 26, 2013, or upon award. Duties are a range of general HR clerical/administrative support to various sections with the Human Resources Operations office in Minneapolis, MN. Scope of work: records management to include copying, scanning, and indexing forms for filing; document creation using Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and Access; data input and retrieval using a variety of electronic systems specific to the Federal government. Training on systems and processes will be provided. Contract employees must have the ability to read and interpret policy manuals related to record keeping, date entry protocols and document creation and maintenance. Specific deadlines for completion of various tasks/projects will be provided at the outset of each project/assignment Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with 30 minute lunch, eight hours per day, Monday through Friday. Overtime is NOT authorized. Federal holidays are not included and will not be paid. In accordance with the Department of Labor wage determination, 2005-2263, Revision 13, dated 06/19/2013, the HR Assistant s II shall be paid $19.86 per hour, plus health and welfare benefit of $3.81/hour for a total of $23.67 per hour. CLIN 02 – up to an additional 120 work days, pending HR approvals. The requirement remains the same as CLIN 01 All other terms and conditions remain the same. The response date remains the same.
