- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W81EWF31223823 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335311 with a Small Business size standard of 750 employees. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office, has a requirement for the purchase of A 2000/2240 kVA pad mount transformer. Line Item 0001: Provide one (1) - 2000/2240 kVA Padmount Transformer, Three Phase, Dead Front, Radial Feed, 13800 Delta, 660 Delta X 660Y/380, 55/65 degree C Rise, 60 Hz, ONAN/ONAF, +/-2X2 % TAPS, Quantity 1, Unit: Each, Unit Price___________________________, Total Amount__________________________________. Shipping cost shall be included.
