The construction will involve rearrangement of rooms, repairing insulation and finishes and replacing existing roof on the lean-to support areas, and incidental related work. Anticipated magnitudes of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Project is not currently funded; however a reservation of funds is anticipated in the near future. Solicitation release date is anticipate occurring towards the end of May 2013. 001: NAICS code changed to 236220; Announcement date extended to 24 May 2013. 002: Announcement response date is extended to 15 July 2013; This acquisition is now subject to a geographical restriction, with only 8(a) contractors registered with the Dallas-Fort Worth SBA Office eligible to participate; It is anticipated that the solicitation shall be issued NLT than 15 June 2013, with the one and only site visit scheduled shortly there after. 003 - Announcement response date is extended to 10 September 2013. Release of solicitation is still pending. 8/13/2013: SOLICITATION POSTED WITH ATTACHMENTS. E-mail POC for Requirements Document (Attachment 1) and Drawings (Attachment 2). Site visit scheduled for 21 August 2013, 0900. Attached Solicitation includes Attachments 3-8.
