- Draft RFP Dear Prospective Offerors, USAID is publishing this DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Tanzania Mission Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism in order to receive comments to improve the final RFP. Please ensure comments are concise and specific to information included within the draft RFP; and please ensure submitted comments make specific reference to page and section numbers. USAID is open to all feedback but is especially interested in comments on the clarity and understanding of the statement of work. Potential Offerors may submit comments anonymously if desired. Please note: USAID is not seeking technical or cost proposals at this time. Do not submit a full proposal. Only the information requested above will be considered. Issuance of this notice does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of comments.
