Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for EQUIPTO or EQUAL Mobile Aisle Shelving System and EQUIPTO or EQUAL V Grip Shelving. The shelving and parts/tools storage will be installed at eight different locations throughout the state of New Jersey, the following are the sites that will require installation and parts. FMS 01 -1799 Teaneck Road, Teaneck NJ 07666-3738 FMS 04 -600 Garden State Parkway, Cape May CH, NJ 08210-1699 FMS 05 -51 Eggerts Crossing Rd, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648-2897 FMS 10 -2560 South Delsea Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360-7093 CSMS-B -1299 Pleasean Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052-5269 UTES -1 Pinehurst Rd, Manchester, NJ 08759 CIF -131 Eggerts Crossing Rd, Lawrenceville NJ 08648 CLS IX -131 Eggerts Crossing Rd, Lawrenceville NJ 08648 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested on a firm fixed price basis, price is the only considered value. Equipment shall be EQUIPTO brand name or equal. Due to space considerations, the only way for the Government to be certain proposed equipment is a 100% match, the contractor shall physically demonstrate the Shelving and parts/tools storage are 100% match by coming to one of the NJARNG locations (TBD) and provide a live demonstration of their proposed substitute. The contractor shall perform this demonstration before close of the FedBizOpps solicitation. The Government will not pay for the demonstration and will not incur any additional costs as a result of the visit and demonstration. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation will start when this solicitation is posted and will end on 13-Sep-2013 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time.
