- MUST provide product specifications for technical consideration. 1ea Turn key ozone distillation unit for producing pure ozone for injection into a Molecular Beam Epitaxy growth chamber. System must be capable of charging within one hour for at least 4 hours of continuous ozone delivery in the high 10e-5 Torr pressure range. System must be capable of supporting two different growth chambers via two ozone injectors with only one injector being used at a time. System must include all control systems, enclosures and interlocks for safe, reliable ozone distillation and operation. Company must have produced at least one operational unit in the field that meets these specifications. 1ea Flexible delivery line for second ozone delivery outlet. Ozone system can support two chambers but need to purchase additional flexible line for second chamber. 1ea Water cooled injector tube assembly Ozone system can support two chambers but need to purchase additional injector tube for second system
