- The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL) is conducting market research for a requirement for two type 5400 PCH-ES Control Heads with Integral Lever Line Up (PMC Electric Shaft), combined into one triple lever unit mounted in a flush mounting plate, complete with lever line up servo motors, moving pointers and backlit scales for control orders (AST 10 - 0 - 10 AHD) for the CGC Polar Star (WAGB-10) Throttle Wheel upgrade in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This acquisition will be under NAICS 334511. This requirement must be completed utilizing only genuine Prime Mover Controls parts, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Remanufactured or Aftermarket parts are not acceptable. The Coast Guard does not own the rights to the technical data necessary to evaluate other parts. Period of Performance: It is anticipated that a commercial firm, fixed priced requirements contract will be awarded. Place of Performance: At the prospective contractor's facility. All qualified parties may submit documentation and literature about their product/service along with a statement of interest in providing a quote to Jennifer.r.Blount@uscg.mil. When responding to this notice, please identify the size and status of your company: 8(a), HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), women-owned small business or economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, small business or large business. Information pertaining to the size and status of your company will be used to determine whether or not to set aside future acquisitions for one of the socio-economic programs.
