- IGF::CT::IGF DOE CBFO Transportation Tracking and Communications System Support (TRANSCOM) Services. Contractor required to provide continuous monitoring, tracking, and communications for active shipments of Transuranic (TRU) waste and radioactive materials/waste. Services include waste tracking, monitoring, and communication utilizing data transponders, satellite, terrestrial tools and real-time positioning. Services will also include TRANSCOM system design changes and upgrades.
